Gentlemen:

We are now offering the above described property for sale and
redevelopment as a shopping center.

The property is located between Glenn Street and Georgia Avenue
and on both sides of McDaniel Streét. Parcel B-10b has an area of
109,311 square feet or 2,51 acres and is priced at $131,000.00. Parcel
B-1 has an area of 6,70 square feet or 1.86 acres and is priced at
$85,500.00.

There is a project of 650 units of Low Cost Public Housing under
construction across Glenn Street and to the north which is to be served
by this redevelopment.

Proposals may be made on one or both of these parcels and are to
be opened on July 26th at 10:00 A.M. in our office. Proposals must be
made on our forms which will be sent to you upon request.

Remember, we shall gladly pay a sales commission in accordance
with the schedule suggested by the Atlanta Real Estate Board.
