Dear Mr, Satterfield:
The Atlanta Civic Design Commission has been authorized
by the Mayor of Atlanta and the Board of Aldermen to review
proposed developments in these environs. Your Public Housing
Project at Harwell Road and Skipper Drive has come to our
attention and we invite you, the developer and the architects
to submit this proposal to the Commission for review and
Suggestions at our next regularly scheduled meeting on Thurs-
day, April 27, between 2 and k p.m. The meeting will be held
at City Hall, Committee Room #k.
