Dear Howard:
This is in reference to your letter of December 21, 1967
to the Mayor of the City of Atlanta. There appears to be an
unfortunate misunderstanding as to the filing date of the re-zoning
application on the above referenced property.
Please be advised that the zoning application was personally
delivered to, by my secretary Mrs. Pruitt, and accepted by Mr.
Thomas Shuttleworth and Mr. Jospeh McCannon at approximately 3:30 P.M,
on Friday, December 15, 1967.
In order that we may clarify this misunderstanding to the mutual
satisfaction of all parties concerned it would be my suggestion for
everyone to meet and discuss this matter at your earliest convenience.
Please advise.
